E&MR is owned and managed by individuals who have spent their working lives within the Construction Industry and specifically the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) section of the industry. All of our staff who have direct contact with our clients have served a recognised Engineering or Trade Apprenticeship in the Electrical Industry. All of the staff at E&MR are dedicated to providing the service you need. The staff are self motivated with a clear understanding of the specialist requirements of the Industry.
We have a large range of experience of Installation & Maintenance packages within the Process, Commercial and Building Services Industries. Our Management Team have many years experience within the M&E Industry undertaking some of the most prestigious contracts in the UK. It is our view that our efforts must be focused on providing a cost efficient service to enable our clients to focus on their core business activity without the worry of Electrical Installation problems Whether the project is Part-Only or a Full-Work Scope package the E&MR Team have sufficient expertise to cope with the demands.
The essential requirement of any Contract is to ensure that the works are completed at the right cost and on time. Our Electricians are experienced in the installation of all types of cables, either underground or on racking or tray and our Management Team have completed cabling contracts within all Sectors of the Industry. In many of our projects our services have also included Cable Jointing, Erection of Switch Gear, Transformers, Cable Support Systems, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting and Control Systems Cabling. Although our Head Office is based on Tyneside, our area of operation includes all geographical areas. Recent contracts completed include South East England, Scotland and overseas in The Netherlands.
